摘要：

本文分别选用再生胶和胶粉为填料，与丁苯橡胶、高苯乙烯、碳酸钙、白炭黑SiO

2、

硫化剂以及相应助剂等生产满足拉伸强度≥10MPa、断裂伸长率≥250%、硬度90±5要求的高硬度环保胶板。研究作为填料的多份数再生胶和胶粉110份、130份、150份、170份在高硬度胶板中的应用，并分析其对胶板的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、硬度等的影响。对比再生胶为填料和胶粉为填料的胶板的性能差异，通过多次重复性试验调试配方，找到生产满足要求和企业低成本的最优配方。实验结果表明，再生胶用量为150份时，综合性能是比较好的，对应的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、硬度分别为11.3MPa、267.9%、88邵氏硬度，还发现多份数胶粉作为填料时，胶板的整体性能会变差。
