防止爆胎问题:设计自动调节胎压的智能轮胎


    我是曹继诚,江苏省苏州市人

    一次行车中偶尔遇到的爆胎事件,让我深深感到轮胎突爆的严重后果。

    我是从事气体流量、压力、温度自动控制专业的。结合我的专业,我对轮胎于空气压力之间的关系作了一些研究,希望有可能为防止轮胎突爆提出一些意见。

    具体我是在:“轮胎气压自动调控”和“轮胎突然失压情况下防止下沉”二个方面作了一些结构设置上的努力,企图能有一些实际效果。

    然而,我是轮胎专业的外行,我所设想的只是一种邏辑和理论上的构思,如果,这些构思有一定的合理性,那么如何进一步的工作,一定是轮胎行业的专家们才能够胜任的。

轮胎胎压自动调节控制的智能轮胎

目前广泛使用的汽车轮胎存在的最大缺陷是无法自动调节控制其胎压,所以,当外部的有些能量,如热量、挤压、冲击等聚集到轮胎时,一旦其压力达到和超过轮胎的安全胎压数值时,就会产生爆胎,对于高速行驶中的车辆,一旦轮胎发生突爆,后果是非常严重的。目前的交通事故中,相当比例的原因是因为轮胎故障引发的轮胎突爆。轮胎的突爆,严重的危害到人们生命和财产的安全。

    So far the cars’ tires have the biggest flaw that is unable to automatically adjust and control the tire pressure which are widely used in the world.So when some external energy, such as heat, impact extrusion, gathered by the tire, once the pressure to achieve and exceed the tire safety tire pressure value, can produce a flat tire.Once the tires burst,the consequence will be very serious for the car on high speed.quite a proportion of the reason is that the tire failure caused by tire burst.Tire burst, serious harm to people's life and property safety from the present traffic accidents.

    所以无论是汽车界还是车辆的使用者,整个社会和市场都迫切需要一种真正可以防爆的、安全的、舒适的、经济性能比较高的、能自动调节控制轮胎压力的智能化的汽车轮胎。

    So whether car or vehicle users, the whole society and the market urgently needs a real intelligent car tires of explosion-proof, safe, comfortable, high economic performance, and being automatically adjust and control  the tire pressure.

    然而,汽车轮胎是一个高速旋转又相对独立的部件,外部的能量和可控技术难以导入高速旋转中的轮胎内部,所以,汽车轮胎真正能够防爆功能的实施,至今仍旧是汽车界期待解决的难题。

    Automobile tires, however, is a high speed and relatively independent parts, external energy and difficult to import the high-speed rotation of the internal control technology, so the car tires can really the implementation of the explosion-proof function, is still shaken the forward to solve the problem.

    本文所论述的是尽量从理论上、逻辑上,实际可行性上所设计的一套轮胎压力自动调节控制机构。这套控制系统,能够实施在轮胎高速旋转中进行轮胎压力的自动控制、智能调节的装置机构。这套轮胎压力自动控制机构是完全不依赖轮胎外部的条件,完全依靠轮胎内部与机构的配合,实施轮胎压力的自动调控,保障轮胎压力在相对安全参数数值范围内浮动。适时自动调节控制胎压,保障胎压在一个安全数值范围内浮动,是防止轮胎发生突爆的有效措施。

    Here discussed in the paper as far as possible in theory, logical, practical feasibility in the design of a set of tire pressure automatic adjustment control mechanism.The control system, can implement in tire high-speed tire pressure automatic control, intelligent adjustment device.The tire pressure automatic control mechanism is not completely depend on the tire external conditions, depend entirely on the tyre inside and institutions to cooperate, the implementation of automatic control of tire pressure, tire pressure in the relative safety parameter numerical range.Timely adjust control tire pressure, tire pressure in a security numerical range, is an effective measure to prevent the tyre burst.
