摘要：

在不影响性能的前提下，通过调整橡胶配方，适量添加环保型净味剂SD-09，观测橡胶硫化成型后，其挥发性污染物排放量变化。研究结果表明，在硫化过程中，SD-09经反应吸附，控制了污染物产生，从而减少橡胶成型后挥发性污染物排放，降低异味感，以实现改善车内空气状况。

Abstract:

Research the emission fluctuations of vulcanized rubber volatile pollutants with eco-friendly deodorant SD-09 was applied through to adjust the rubber formulation and without reduced performance of the rubber parts. The results show that, the emission fluctuations of vulcanized rubber volatile pollutants are reduced because the SD-09 reacts and adsorbs the pollutants during the vulcanization process. Thereby reducing the odor of rubber parts , and improving the air condition in the car.
